Marketing Data Analyst

The Marketing Data Analyst will be a highly motivated individual who is solutions oriented, wants to drive process improvement, and have strong teamwork and communication skills. This position will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage that minimize resistance. A successful candidate is collaborative (cross-functional among marketing, commercial ops, and sales), curious (always looking for trends to ID new personas, opportunities to improve and enrich data, engagement signs to indicate interest), organized and analytical (constantly checking data quality and lead flow reports).
Day to day work includes:
Data quality management: Create and own the process of incorporating the accuracy and completeness of prospect and customer data in the CRM platform
Lead qualification and management: Evaluate, qualify, and transition inbound leads to the right commercial team members to ensure timely follow up and engagement with prospects
Buyer persona identification and segmentation: In partnership with product and growth marketing, understand the types of leads marketing and commercial are looking for, and the specific data points needed to qualify a lead
Reporting: Establish a monthly review process to keep the data in our CRM for contacts and leads complete and accurate
Data enrichment: Query third party data sources for new leads, and to enrich the data of our existing leads and contacts
List processing: Process tradeshow, partner, and webinar lists to maintain campaign status and reporting, add new leads into the CRM platform, and update information for existing contacts
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or data oriented major
3 years marketing analytics experience
Proficient with Salesforce.com, Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
Working knowledge of data mining and cleansing tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
