Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries and route appropriately. Ensure timely resolution to Team Member inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Assist in organization and audit of records as directed.
Assist in New Team Member on-boarding/off-boarding and Housing Check-ins and exits.
Active Member of Housing Team, assisting with events, inspections, transport and administrative duties.
Assist with DMV Pull Notice program.
Collecting information related to Team Member injuries and accidents.
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for Team Members.
Provide payroll support by administering mileage reimbursement, housing fees, wage garnishments and other deductions and distributing paychecks and collect appropriate signatures.
Operate company vehicles as needed, including shuttles to and from housing and to social security office.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Bilingual in English/ Spanish
Must have a valid California driver’s license
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Prior office experience preferred
High level of discretion navigating personal issues
Good attendance is critical for this role.
