We are seeking Electrical Engineers specializing in Power Electronics Hardware Design to join our Power Systems Division. The role involves designing and testing SiC-based power electronic converter topologies, including active rectifiers, isolated DC-DC converters, solid-state-transformers, and high-speed motor drives. Responsibilities also include developing DSP-based digital control algorithms, FPGA-supported modulators, and PLC-based high-level system controllers, as well as detailed PCB designs and medium voltage SiC semiconductor modules.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office space that includes R&D and manufacturing lab space just outside of Baltimore City. The Power Systems group comprises around 35 professionals from various fields including engineering, design, drafting, management, operations, quality, production, manufacturing, administrative, and contracts, while the overall company employs about 55-60 people.
