This role will be responsible for the development of integration between our on-premise systems and our cloud based Enterprise Content Management system. This position will be responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of programming applications based on submitted requests. This position will also work with other technical staff, business users, and business analyst to solve any issues and improve processes.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of ECM software development
Following source code and change management procedures
Collaborate with internal ECM Analysts to identify areas in regards to document storage systems and document distribution processes that require improvements
Develop ECM applications to align with business requirements
Perform product development, and assist with transition to production as solutions are approved
Utilize development and testing tools for application management
Perform coding or configuration management to minimize defects through unit testing
Organize, build, and validate all segments of the code for final UAT
Participate in the identification and resolution of complex ECM system business and technical problems, utilizing product knowledge and structured troubleshooting tools and techniques
Consult with various stakeholders to design solutions to align with OD IT strategies
Compare, evaluate, and implement new features and technologies, ensuring integration into existing computing environment
Communicate and interact with core application vendor
Monitor performance of software and database health
Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or in-lieu of degree equivalent education and experience
Experience:
4 years of OnBase Administration
Certified OnBase API Developer
Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel
Strong documentation skills required
Experience and familiarity with consuming REST APIs via Java
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with OnBase Workflow preferred
Experience with OnBase Workview preferred
Unity Forms creation preferred
