Aeroteks client is a leading provider of sound solutions systems, resolving noise problems for businesses in the Baltimore Metropolitan Region and they are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter/Installer to join their team!
Job Description:
Installation of Track System (Track, Core and Tuck Fabric)
Installation of Pre Fab Acoustical Tack board and Panel installation
Installation of Marker Boards
Various hardware and general construction skills
Position Key Criteria/Requirements:
Inclined to working with power tools, hand tools, and at various heights
Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead
OSHA 30 and CPR certified within 3 months of hire
Able to work on feet for extended periods of time
Able to work flexible hours, early starts, late finishes, and weekends based on active project schedules
Strong attention to detail; Supervise for quality control
Keep detailed notes of all work that is done and report progress to superiors
Utilize specific training system to develop the skills of new employees
Ensure all materials are high-quality built-in compliance with specifications
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Maintain and implement all safety measures and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; foster team mentality within crews
Receptive to a continuous learning environment with consistent, hands-on training year round

Travel throughout all parts of the DMV
