Business Services Associate (Immediate Hire!)

Our client in Columbia MD is seeking an immediate hire to their team for a Business Service Associate!

CAN INTERVIEW THIS WEEK!

Job Details:

4-month Contract

Onsite l 8:30AM-5PM

Pay: $16-18 (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Business administration and business services experience or related

Someone who is comfortable on the phone and via chat

Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience

A High School Diploma or GED is required; Degree preferred!

A Day In the Role:

Handling calls in regards to misinformation on paychecks

Need great customer service and be able to escalate calls

Assists all field offices with payroll requests and questions, received through inbox and hotline

Confirms standard payroll forms are completed correctly.

Monitors all requests and concerns within the ticketing system.
