Job Description:

The Patient Services Coordinator will be sitting at the front desk of a Primary Care clinic in Chevy Chase, MD

The associate will be supporting 3-4 doctors, handling the scheduling all of the patients.

This office sees a high volume of patients – about 100-120 patients a day.

The PSC will be taking calls to schedule patient appointments in the IDX EMR and handling patients when the come in to register them, verify insurance, update demographic information, etc.

The PSC must provide a high level of customer service to all patients and family members.

Candidates must be organized and have great communication skills.

This is a full-time contract to potential hire job opportunity with benefits!

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

1 years of recent front desk outpatient medical clinic experience

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment.
