Leidos is seeking a ESI Specialist located in the Camp Springs, MD area to work in a hybrid (in-office and remote) work environment (subject to change) in support of a federal agency. What you will be doing:
Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.
Develops, evaluates and modifies methodologies and procedures for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications.
Responsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and when deficiencies are found, provides Senior ESI Specialist with detailed notice of deficiencies.
Performs advanced tasks related to exporting data from contractor and Government databases, including: identifying data for export, confirming redactions and other markups, ensuring that exports comply with applicable ESI specifications, and quality check of exported data.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or higher education
One (1) year of experience performing litigation support including, ESI processing and productions, and data culling Knowledge of Government IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server-based applications, Windows 10, litigation support software, and encryption methods
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment
Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience performing eDiscovery roles including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis.
Bachelors Degree – preferably in computer science or related field.
Certification in eDiscovery program preferred.
Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment.
Current Public Trust or higher security clearance
This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum wage requirements as well as the minimum Health and Welfare benefit. Leidos will ensure that all provisions are met through their wages and benefits. The pay for this position will be $39.26/hr.
