Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Acquisition and Program Management Group of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND. Responsibilities You will brief managers regarding outcome of program analysis or reviews. You will develop methods to solve process problems to improve productivity within an organization. You will analyze administrative office processes to identify methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will develop strategic performance measurement data to address the linkage between strategic measures and operational requirements. You will develop team goals, objectives, work plans, or strategies in compliance with an organizations strategic plan, mission, vision, and values. You will create a written plan of action to document continuous process improvement initiatives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Develop and promulgation of Best Business Practices across the Program Management Community of Practice, 2) Instruct , develop, and deliver training content in accordance with CPL processes, 2) Provide authoritative guidance on acquisition policies, processes, and references for use by Program Executive Officers, Program Management Offices, Integrated Product Teams and the NAWCs, 3) Propose and champion innovative program specific approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of acquisition management within the organization, 4) Demonstrate strong collaborative skills to work with a variety of stakeholders, including higher authority entities and sister services.
