Compensation and Schedule for the Front Office Receptionist
Front Office Receptionist – Full-time, $19-$20 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a great team!
Required Qualifications of the Front Office Receptionist
– 3 years of recent medical front office experience required
– Insurance eligibility and benefits experience required
– High school diploma or GED required
– Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Front Office Receptionist
– Greet and check in/check out patients
– Answer main phone lines
– Schedule/reschedule appointments
– Manage referrals
– Resolve appointment edits in the practice management system
– Explain insurance eligibility and benefits
– Coordinate payment arrangements
