Job Title: Lift Support – General Labor

Job Description

Join us at First Impression Ironworks, Americas #1 designer, manufacturer, and installer of custom Iron Security Doors, Iron Entry Doors, and Iron & Wood Gates. As part of our team, you will be a pivotal part of our new pilot program aimed at improving efficiency in the shop and in our installation department. You will receive comprehensive training on prepping and performing quality control on doors prior to being installed. Following your time in the shop, you will transition to fieldwork, supporting delivery and installation. Your tasks will include loading materials, assisting with installations and service calls, digging trenches/holes for mounting doors/gates, and measuring out holes and gaps using a tape measure.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in GILBERT, Arizona.

Work Environment

The position starts out in the shop before transitioning to fieldwork, which will be the majority of your role. Be prepared to work in outdoor weather conditions, including heat during the summer. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, starting at 7am each day. Work days can range from 6-10 hours depending on the schedule, with a typical workweek being around 45 hours.
