job summary:

Our Client, an industry leader in transfusion medicine and biopharmaceutical solutions is looking for a Process Development Engineer. Key qualifications, 1-5 years of professional experience in protein purification techniques at bench-scale and/or pilot scale processes and computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Bacherlors degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field is required.

The position requires a candidate with extensive knowledge and skills in protein purification techniques, including precipitation, chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, and filtration. The candidate must be adept at performing accurate technical and cGXP documentation of activities and be able to analyze and interpret analytical results. technical writing skills are essential for authoring study protocols and reports.

Job-related skills needed for this role include being a self-starter with a good work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment. The candidate must be able to work well both independently and under direct supervision, with a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet targeted deadlines. Proactivity, results orientation, and attention to detail are crucial. The candidate should have experience identifying and solving technical problems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment. Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is also required.
