Sr. Manager, Learning Data Visualization

We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Learning Data Visualization to be a part of the dynamic learning team in Anywhere’ s Client Success organization This role works closely with internal teams to strategize, create, and validate the Client Success value proposition across our internal and external business partners. This is a unique opportunity to work in a learning environment that serves multiple internal clients and business units.

The Sr. Manager, Learning Data Visualization should have a proven track record in research, data insights, and marketing strategy in a cross-functioning team to create consistency.

The Sr. Manager, Learning Data Visualization will partner with a team of Data Analysts to ensure that deliverables are strategically aligned ( to the business needs and that all learning solutions are positioned to support the ROI for our agents and brokers.

Role Overview:

Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize best research practices to analyze learning data and insights, ensuring client needs, preferences, and competitive positioning are thoroughly assessed.

Client Success Communication : Articulate the Client Success value proposition and learning content to external partners and brand partners, driving optimal adoption and validating the ROI.

Team Leadership: Manage a team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s success in delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

KPI Analysis : Implement KPI metrics to ascertain ROI and its impact on agent productivity.

Tool Development : Create recommendation engines and measurement tools to enhance impact and efficiency throughout the agent journey.

Growth Analysis : Implement advanced analytics, measurement, and reporting capabilities that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing across channels.

Strategic Development: Work closely with marketing, digital experiences, product, and technology teams to understand the end-to-end user journey and based on data driven analysis; recommend innovative strategies to shape and optimize the user experience and drive ROI.

Research Application : Provide the avenue and analysis for our client success team to identify gaps within our business by creating advisory boards featuring brand partners, agents, and brokers.

Collaboration : Engage with Client Success teams to align objectives, requirements, constraints, and key performance metrics.

Strategic Initiatives:

Industry Awareness: Implement strategic focus on industry and learning awards along with engagement opportunities at industry conferences to drive awareness ofhow at Anywhere wemaintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Marketing Optimization : Implement marketing strategies and uncover insights, collaborating across functions to integrate data-driven decision-making organization-wide.

Data Management : Develop and oversee datasets, KPIs, and reporting tools for Client Success.

Impact Assessment : Conduct analysis and modeling for various educational initiatives and projects.

Data Visualization : Create dashboards and visualizations to present findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Continuous Learning : Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, working closely with business stakeholders and technical leads.


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, mathematics or equivalent.

7-10 years of experience

Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to present points of view to persuade others to shift their thinking and action.

Experience working with a matrix environment preferred.


Strategic thinking – demonstrated ability to understand organizational goals, formulate objectives, determine priorities, and recognize opportunities to accomplish training objectives.

Cultivating opportunities to stretch and grow our experience and perspective, encouraging others to think bigger in the process.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with confidence to interpret data and influence partners with logic, conviction, and persuasion.

Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment; connect dots across business units.

This remote, home-based position requires up to 20% travel.
