Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Operations Support professional to join the Institutional Securities Group Product Operations (ISGPO). This division plays a critical role in ensuring the correct settlement and recording of millions of transactions daily, identifying and mitigating operational risks, developing strong client relationships, and partnering with technology to maximize IT and e-solutions. The successful candidate will work within the Derivatives Client Service Group, interacting extensively with clients, colleagues, and the global sales force to ensure accurate futures settlement figures and provide exceptional client service. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary contact for the clients top revenue-generating clients regarding operational issues across various products and operations functions. Develop and enhance client relationships by delivering superior client service and maintaining exceptional levels of communication. Navigate the organization effectively to resolve complex, business-critical issues, coordinating with senior stakeholders within Operations and the Business Unit. Demonstrate strong product skills within Clearing Operations and maintain product literacy across other business areas. Contribute independently to automation and enhancement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and control. Act as a change agent by driving strategic direction and improvements in Clearing, Client service, Reconciliation, and Control functions. Proactively identify and close control gaps, ensuring adherence to the existing control framework through regular review and updates of procedures, checklists, and reports. Collaborate effectively across various infrastructure groups to drive client solutions. Participate in client pitches alongside the Sales team, and conduct client visits to foster strong relationships. Enhance process improvement ideas and implement automation opportunities for client business. Stay informed about current and upcoming product and industry-specific initiatives. Provide high-quality, value-added insights to key clients. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and build strong relationships across global departments. Adapt to regulatory and industry changes effectively.

salary: $23.99 – $24 per hour

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for clients top revenue generating clients for operational issues across products and Ops functions.

– Expertly navigate the organization, across divisions, to deliver timely and accurate issue resolution to complex, business critical issues which may include communication with senior stakeholders within Ops and the BU.
