IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE – FULLY REMOTE – MUST RESIDE IN BALTIMORE AREA

$16/HR

MONDAY – FRIDAY 11AM-9PM (SECOND SHIFT)

OR

SATURDAY – TUESDAY 11AM-9PM (SECOND SHIFT)

Qualifications:

1 year of call center customer service experience

Ability to manage high volume calls

Excellent computer skills, must be able to work off multiple systems

Microsoft Office proficient

Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Primary job function is to respond, handle, diagnose and resolve inbound customer interactions within the Department of Parks and Recreations.

An Associate will need to identify, research, and resolves technical problems related to specific User Portal.

Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution within the company IPC Tool.

Manage high volume inbound calls.
