Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily

Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking

Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email

Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence

As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

The AA IV will provide administrative support managing competing priorities with duties not limited to the following: plan, coordinate, schedule meetings and respond to queries in a variety of forums via phone, email, etc

The AA will effectively manage calendars, schedule and de-conflict schedules and schedule travel

Monitor official communication, evaluate and highlight priority items, prepare documents and submit visitor requests

Diplomatically serve as a liaison role, interacting and collaborating with all levels of the organization, accurately and timely address customer queries and maintain accurate records and file management


The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work schedule is 0800 – 1600, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of adhoc additional hours throughout the year

Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction

This position is on customer site

The likely salary range for this position is $101,566 – $123,625. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
