Senior Product Owner Consultant


As a Senior Product Owner Consultant, you will be part of the endurance marketing team and have a direct impact in their mission to deliver positive perceptions of the firm through communicating our unique value position.

In this role, you will:

Lead product management activities for multiple products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact.

Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.

Coach product teams towards best practices and learnings. Oversee product teams support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.

Facilitate strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

Lead the planning, development and implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact. Define and analyze markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.

Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

Minimum of eight years related business experience. Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.

Relevant marketing experience required.

Strong stakeholder management skillset required.
