[General Job Requirements[:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist Event Managers at events, nights and weekends required. Assist Event Manager on-site as related to client experience and expectations Assist in commissary on successful set up and organization of all equipment for specific events Acting as on-site liaison; making sure specific requests and procedures are completed Portraying a professional and healthy attitude at all times Strong focus on enhancing all service standards for front of house for customer focused catering events Enforcing the standards and policies of Blackstone to front of the house staff.

[Education Requirements:
Job Qualifications Bachelors degree and/or at least 2 years comparable work related experience Strong knowledge of fine dining and upscale food and beverage along with awareness of proper service etiquette. Candidate must be organized and detail oriented and aggressively be prepared to multitask and work efficiently in a very past paced, high volume, aggressive atmosphere Strong organizational and management skills. Written and oral communication skills are essential together with a poised communications style.
