Martinez Road Construction in Fitchburg MA is seeking a full-time
Experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee all aspects of our
business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various
aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
payroll processing and compliance, proficient in general ledger and the
principals of debits and credits, financial statements preparation, bank
reconciliations, account analysis, cash management and inter-company
reconciliations. This role includes HR duties along with administrative
tasks as needed, as well as State and local, monthly, and yearly
compliance relating to the business and the fundamentals of Contract
Management and execution. This position is open immediately and will
have the opportunity for extensive training, to learn all aspects of the
business. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience and
be able to multitask and work independently. Competitive salary and
