HR Coordinator

System One

System One is in search of an HR Coordinator for a top-notch company in the Chouteau area. Qualified candidates will join an established team of professionals who excel in their areas of expertise. The company is interested in a talented individual with the appropriate background to have a positive impact in achieving success. The ideal candidate will have experience pertaining to personnel records management, motor vehicle report processes, and CDL requirement tracking and auditing.

Responsibilities:

Audit personnel files for appropriate documentation.

Review, organize, and track MVR results while maintaining appropriate records associated with follow up activities.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Review CDL and medical certifications, performing compliance audit and follow up where necessary.

Assist with additional projects as needed.

Requirements:

At least one (1) year of related experience performing routine HR related tasks is strongly preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent required; Some college or Bachelors degree preferred.

Must possess the ability and willingness to gather information and process with a high level of accuracy.

Must be computer literate and have the ability to navigate between multiple programs and systems simultaneously.
