Position: Operations Services Associate

Duration:6 month contract long term extensions

Pay: $20/hour, W2

Location: hybrid model 2-3x a week onsite (El Segundo)

Must haves:

-great customer service is the #1 skill.

-Call Center/client service associate experience, need average # of
calls taken in the submission. Each employee averages 30 calls a day
sometimes higher

-great personality and communication/customer service skills

-curiosity asks a lot of questions, participation

-On resumes manager looks for “call intake” volume and call center

-how many users did the candidate support? we are looking for numbers
like 15,000 . Please include on resume


o Strong verbal and written communication skills

o Service center/call center experience

o Large enterprise environment experience

Average for her employees are 30 calls per day (8-15 mins each) &
closing out 30 tickets per day.

~15,000 users that they will support


Salesforce CRM experience

RedTail ticketing system is also good to see

Phone system experience “NICE” – typical in call centers, but not
required – just a good indicator that they have call center experience

Process for hiring- how were the last 2 agencies on-boarded, do you have
to go through HR: Goes through HR – not.

Seeking a Client Support Associate temp for our El Segundo location.
This is a unique opportunity to join our team to deliver world class
customer service to our clients and maintain their loyalty to our
industry-leading business platform.

What you will do:

– You will quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated
issues from representatives and customers.
– Provide high quality support to our clients in all aspects of their
business including brokerage operations, advisory accounts,
transfers, direct business, etc.
– You will provide support to our clients with the navigation while
using various systems associated with the broker-dealer.
– Maintain minimum call handling requirements and quality review
scores while adhering to assigned work schedule.
– You will utilize the CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to
accurately record each call.
– Work independently within the team to assist callers without
requiring outside help.
– You will participate in off-phone projects as required.
– Provide training support both internally and externally.
– Show an understanding of the financial services industry and our
role in it.
– You will complete other duties as assigned.

What you need to have:

– 2 years of Banking or Financial Services experience
– 3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office
– 2 years of customer focused experience
