Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40
hours per week

Pay Range: $17.82-$22.80 and determined based on relevant years of
work experience.

Position Summary: Perform a variety of administrative support duties
for the Career Development Center department to ensure office operations
run smoothly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications: May assist less-experienced team members.
Requires a High School Diploma and 3 years of related experience.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:

– Schedule all transfer student campus visits for advising and
admissions areas, as well as employer visits.
– Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting special projects and
– Assist with the maintenance and updating of the JobLinks database.
– Coordinate department staff administrative functions, such as
timecard review and submission for payroll, maintaining supplemental
contracts, and organizing travel arrangements.
– Maintain departmental physical and electronic files.
– Draft general correspondence and formulate monthly department
– Prepare the department budget and order supplies.
– Remain knowledgeable of department policies.

Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity, may be
added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management,
formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling, shift
assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by
business necessity.
