As anHR Manager at Pepsi MidAmerica,you will learn all the functions
of the position with a high focus on recruiting. No two days are the
same, and it is a constant challenge within the beverage industry. If

– Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
– Update Internal Job Boards
– Employee Recognition and Promotions
– University and College contact lesion
– Monitor On-The-Job accidents and trends
– Complete Onboarding of New Hire Employees
– Manage OSHA 300 Logs
– Attend Management and Sales Meetings as needed.
– Assist with Marketing within the Territory
– Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community
services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and
internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities,
and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
– Track recruitment and suggest improvements, as needed
– Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
– Attend various meetings with sales and management to create
long-term staffing, training, and recruitment plans


– Experience with interviewing, recruiting and training
– Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Leadership abilities
– Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required. (4 years of experience
in a related field will also be considered.)
