You Are

As a Programmatic Media Manager, you will implement client campaigns across Walmart DSP & retail media networks primarily, but you may also work on other traditional Programmatic channels such as Display, Mobile, Native, Audio and Video. Youll ensure that best practices are implemented, and client goals are being met and exceeded. Our team is comprised of innovative, data driven e-commerce experts with best-in-class technology, creative, design, and marketing. Our clients are some of the fastest growing and most well regarded digital-first retail brands in the U.S.

The Work:

Primarily responsible for the management of Walmart DSP Advertising campaigns and discussing respective performance with clients.

Be the resident expert on all things Programmatic, Walmart DSP, and other retail media networks maintaining platform certifications and staying up to date on industry trends in both the Retail and DTC verticals.

Develop Walmart DSP media plans inclusive of tactic, audience and creative recommendations, and execute approved plans within Walmart DSP platform.

Contribute to and support established best practice optimization processes, campaign set up, client communication, and more.

Build, QA, monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure deliverables and KPIs are met.

Monitor, report, perform analysis, and monitor pacing of all assigned campaigns; adjust if needed to remain in budget parameters.

Multi-task and manage multiple client accounts seamlessly with tight timelines and work cadence.

Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance within your campaigns and across campaigns as a whole.

Support the team in building documentation for media processes.

Stay up-to-speed on the most recent updates for impactful platforms and technologies and their implications for clients (policies, insights, restrictions) and performance (tracking).

Provide data analysis of campaign performance metrics to develop optimization approach to improve campaigns with different buying models and optimization techniques.

Keep key stakeholders, including clients and account teams, updated on campaign and account level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetings.

Research the latest digital media content trends and stay up-to-date with the landscape. Provide thoughtful Point of Views (POVs) to internal media teams.

Explore client advertising opportunities in other e-commerce advertising platforms such as Amazon DSP and, as well as conventional DSPs such as The Trade Desk & StackAdapt.

Heres what you need:

A minimum 1 year of experience working with Walmart DSP advertising for vendors and/or sellers.

A minimum of 3-5 years hands-on keyboard experience working with any DSP (i.e., Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, etc.)

Bonus Points If:

You have working knowledge of multiple Programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Roundel, Walmart DSP, etc.

You have an interest in the dynamic and complex interaction between e-commerce and digital advertising.

You are eager to expand your expertise beyond Walmart DSP and have a willingness to learn and grow in other programmatic channels.

You enjoy adaptability and flexibility, with a proven ability to seamlessly transition between diverse projects and campaigns.

You enjoy developing professional relationships with clients and becoming a strategic part of their ongoing operations.

You take pride in doing awesome work.

You are action and detail-oriented.

You have strong business management and organizational skills.

You have experience in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.


Travel is not expected in this position except on a rare occasion.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
