Description:

Individual must be a mechanically-inclined team player thats capable of reading work orders and blueprints and assembling hydraulic pumps, valves and kits for the car wash, machine tool coolant and oil and gas industries. Additional duties they will be trained on are forklift operation and pump/valve testing. This company manufactures and assembles over 100 different types of pumps ranging from entry-level assembly to intermediate/expert-level assembly. Candidates can expect to complete full assemblies from start to finish as well as sub assemblies.

Candidates can expect to train for two weeks to learn the products, SOPs, and gain general knowledge about their clients and who they work with in large capacity. Candidates will move around to different assembly lines which can also include working with different leads/supervisors. This can also include working with other departments – warehouse, kitting, shipping/recieving, etc…

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES -6 months mechanical assembly experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment -1 year work history working in a team environment. Character is key for this position. Individuals must be able to work in a team environment and show interest/initiative in learning the products.
