customer experience role, you will be responsible for projects that
standardize the Global Customer Journey and ensure that best practice
processes are supported by the IT Customer Monitoring Platform (MAS).
The goal is to provide our customers the same excellent experience
regardless of the product/service or region. This requires oversight of
the process while leveraging experiential data to optimize
functionalities for all JCI stakeholders (customer, employees etc.). You
will partner with IT to drive and manage the program portfolio which
include upgrades/updates, migrations, integrations, and transformation
initiatives. You will also establish and run governance for the
platform. How you will do it Partner with Senior Leadership to
understand the vision and develop the strategy around how Customer Care
and the Customer Monitoring Platform (MAS) enables: Standardization,
