The Furnace  prioritizes creativity, efficiency, operational excellence, constant learning, and timely delivery in its partnership with clients to promote their vision and exceed expectations.  The Furnace  is a collective of photographers, designers, videographers, editors, animators, illustrators, UX/UI specialists, developers and print production artists who execute a wide range of innovative creative products.  

You Are:  

We are seeking a Post- Producer   to join The Furnace to manage and lead all aspects of our post-production on a variety of projects (including broadcast, online videos/films, radio, podcasts, music production and product shoots).

What You Will Do:

The Post – Producer will be a key member of the in-house studio. 

You will have good knowledge of all aspects of post-production, from offline through color correction, animation, flame, audio mix & design , as well as photo retouching .

Responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining a network of freelance Editors, Colorists, Motion Designers, Animators, Sound Engineers, VFX Artists (Flame/3D) and Retouchers , as well as maintaining relationships with post-production houses

Scoping and bidding post-production on all in-house projects and negotiating costs with suppliers to ensure costs are aligned with the budget

Building the post-production schedule and implementing a flexible attitude if Agency or Client request s last minute changes 

A nticipate and troubleshoot problems and complications as they arise and offer solutions whil e maintaining patience and an air of calm

QC every round of edit , VFX and/or retouched images to ensure all feedback has been addressed

Track costs, spend and profit on all projects and flagging overages

Maintaining relationships with Agency Producers & Creatives

Manag e the scheduling/bookings of our e dit ors , graphic artists and retouchers , as well as overseeing our workflow, servers and fileshare systems

Ensure all creative deliverables and assets adhere to standards /specs while pushing the creative to be its best

Stay current on industry and technology trends and foster innovative post- production solutions

Actualize, document and archive all projects on our internal servers

Anticipate and resolve conflicts diplomatically . Be flexible – production is constantly changing and not exact

Basic Qualifications:

7 years of experience as a producer/post- producer within an advertising agency, post -production house or similar experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
