Senior Customer Insights Analyst

The Data & Analytics team in our Wellframe line of business brings new and existing cutting-edge machine learning technologies to solve problems at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Our mission is to gain 360-degree insights into patients’ livesand use these insights to build a better digital healthcare product that is tailored for specific patient populations.

We are seeking a SeniorCustomer Insights Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team partnering closely with our Customer Success Organization to identify and deliver customer insights. Reporting into the Director, Data & Analytics, this individual will be responsible for querying, analyzing, visualizing, and presenting customer data to support our customers by providing insights on how our Wellframe Product is being and can be used to achieve their strategic goals.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s Degree

3-5years of experience working with big data for healthcare

Expertise with Looker or other Business Intelligence/Visualization Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Expertise with SQL and Excel

Customer Facing experience and strong presentation skills

Understanding of how relational databases work, and experience with designing transformations, mappings, and working with reference tables

Experience investigating data issues, and working with cross functional teams forproblem resolution

High proficiency with PowerPoint, G Suite, and Microsoft Office tools

Strong analytical thinking – effective at identifying the critical question, capable of navigating tradeoffs between accuracy / comprehensiveness / complexity vs. speed and simplicity

Can distill more complex analysis into simple charts to communicate key takeaways

Ability to document work, issues, and communicate standards and requirements

“Can do” attitude and willingness to think beyond the status quo

Strong attention to detail

What you will do:

Data Analysis and Insights

Use analytical skills and techniques toidentify trends and patterns to increase understanding of customer behavior, product usage, and satisfaction and maximize customer growth potential

Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analyses, identifying next steps and providing recommendations

Responsible for the design, development, maintenance, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports and analyses to meet company and customer needs

Customer Experience Optimization

Be a key contributor duringcustomer conversations using a consultative approach to understand customer objectives and goals and identify areas of opportunity to support using data

Collaborate withthe Customer Success (post-sales) organization to drive strategic analytics and support initiatives that shape the experience and health of our customer base

Support the implementation and optimization of customer success tools to streamline process and increase data accuracy

Createand deliver training materials and tip sheets to help customers best utilize reporting and data products

Internal Data Support & Tracking

Leadad-hoc projects and initiatives to support company objectives and goals

Design and lead trainings for other functional teams on the reporting tool(s) and best practices from a data analytics perspective
