A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Performs on the job training, skill training and some classroom training in assembly and production areas.

Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequence for manufacturing areas.

Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may may monitor trainees.

Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place

May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.

Support Audit process in Manufacturing Areas.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot table/ Word (Redlines) and Power Point.

Basic knowledge Learning Management System

Knowledge MES and Equipment Controller System

Manage large groups of people to deliver training section
