Opportunity to play a key role in an international, $5 Billion publicly traded company headquartered outside of Atlanta. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Tax, and will interface with our corporate treasury and finance teams, along with our global finance teams supporting our Global Tax Strategy and Risk. The ideal candidate has a strong Transfer Pricing foundation, as well as a strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, the desire to drive change and process improvement, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. This is a permanently remote role.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

As a key position within the global tax function, oversee all aspects of transfer pricing, annual process, and transfer pricing adjustments

Assist with the legal entity forecasting process working with regional and corporate finance teams

Develop, implement, and monitor procedures to gather in a cost-effective manner information required for profitability analysis which accommodates changes in company operations

Manage global transfer pricing compliance by external consultants to ensure compliance with local laws and transfer pricing policies ensuring timely submission of all global reports, including country-by-country reports

Lead process improvements to meet or exceed best-practice standards

Monitor actual and proposed changes to transfer pricing rules and implement required changes in the company Transfer Pricing Policy and reporting procedures

Work with other tax team members and external consultants in drafting and delivering transfer pricing planning and documentation reports, maintaining intercompany legal agreements

Work with other tax team members and external consultants on the analysis of transfer pricing aspects associated with business initiatives, expansion, and transactions

Support Tax/TP audits and APAs and actively contribute to the maintenance of a strong & positive relationship with tax authorities & advisors

Monitor tax/TP regulations and developments (e.g. BEPS, Sec. 482, OECD) & communicate and implement required changes to maintain compliance

Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship across all functions and Business Units and ensure alignment (e.g., customs, finance, etc.)

Contribute to building high-performance culture and positive work environment in remote tax team, including strong communication across a remote environment

Your Education Should Be…

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related field

CPA certification preferred

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

5 years of transfer pricing experience in public accounting, equivalent consulting or industry experience

Knowledge of the global transfer pricing regulations, including U.S. regulations

Strong general tax knowledge and experience in US and international Transfer Pricing principles

Experience in international compliance and planning
