Summary:

The E-Commerce Key Account Manager will support our largest E-Commerce account, Amazon . This position will be working in a generalist capacity responsible for sales analytics and E-Commerce digital marketing. This position will develop content, manage the catalog, develop and provide POS reporting, and more to ensure sustainable long-term growth. This position will remote.

Responsibilities:

Full ownership of the Amazon catalog by working with brands to develop and apply content, launch new products, troubleshoot variations and case pack issues, ensure accurate list pricing, load SDS information, etc.

Ownership of NPI pipeline by taking new products from internal approval to external launch on the Amazon platform

Manage brand and A content for top sales-contributing items such as images, video, and detail page content

Minimize chargebacks and shortages by working with operations team to ensure compliance across PO timeliness, ASN Accuracy, etc.

Develop and provide reporting to the broader organization regarding POS trends, chargebacks, search marketing performance, and effectiveness of price promotions

Troubleshoot negative drivers to POS and develop clear action items to reverse trend

Act as internal advocate for the channel, advising on initiatives we are taking with Amazon to improve the business and partnership

Coordinate with brands on in-house programs, content, and marketing campaigns we can take to Amazon

Act as secondary external account manager, attending weekly calls with the account and biannual in-person business reviews.

Bachelors degree in business or related field

2 years of experience in analytics

3 years of experience in e-commerce/digital marketing

Experience with Amazon 1P/Vendor Central preferred

Proficient in Office products, especially Excel

Expected travel 10%
