A top 10 bank in Westlake, TX will shortly be seeking an experienced customer and client support representative to join their team. What Were Looking For

At least 2.5 years of experience in customer service, preferably call center and preferably within banking or a related area

Coachability, initiative and a positive work attitude

Availability to commute on-site Monday to Friday

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

Customer support representatives aim to resolve a range a complex issues for customers and clients, as well as educate customers on the products and services at their disposal. Daily responsibilities include:

Receiving inbound calls. emails and other communications as needed in a timely and professional manner

Demonstrate the best soft skills to assist customers e.g. empathy, accountability and positivity

Maintain a professional and calm composure to get to the root of problems and resolve accordingly

Provide customers with information on products and services at their disposal, when appropriate


This is a fully on-site position in Westlake, TX. Shifts will be assigned between 5am and 8pm CST.
