Oracle Cloud OTC (order 2 cash) Functional Consultant

Work youll do/Responsibilities
This will an onshore (remote) position where the resource has to closely work with Deloittes client project IT and business teams for the Cloud O2C modules production support and enhancements.
Monitoring and resolving of production support incidents, interaction with business stakeholders for critical issues, co-ordinate with USI teams for timely delivery of fixes and enhancements. Modules in scope are Order Management (Cloud), Warehouse Management (Cloud),Pricing (Cloud), Account Receivables ,Credit Management ,Collection, Claim Management.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

3 years of experience in Order Management (Cloud), Warehouse Management and Claim Management
Strong understanding of OTC functional flows
Prior experience as a Consultant working on Application Managed Service projects on Operate projects
Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Oracle cloud certifications
Understanding of Cloud ERP technologies
Ideally local in the Cleveland OH area and able to work at the client site 3 days a week (hybrid, 2 days remote). Relocation assistance is available.
Analytical/ decision making responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
