As a member of Skanska’s internal talent acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in the recruitment of our most important resource: our people. Ultimately, the responsibility of this role is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Required Qualifications:
3 years of proven work experience as a recruiter. Experience recruiting within the AEC industry (either in-house or agency) strongly preferred.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRMs).
Ability to travel to networking and recruiting events within the region.
Skilled in identifying and hiring talent within the construction/engineering industry is preferred.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Construction, Human Resources Management or Psychology strongly preferred.

Annual Salary Ranges: 86,625 to 110,000
