Marketing Campaign Technologist
ADP is hiring a Marketing Campaign Technologist.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the technical execution of developing and deploying personalized omnichannel digital/demand generation and lead nurture journeys that optimize audience engagement, leads, and sales pipeline leveraging a diversified digital marketing technology stack, utilizing various capabilities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Engagement and Oracle Eloqua. This role requires extensive hands-on technical expertise and will involve continuous collaboration with internal leaders, stakeholders, strategists, and consultants to gather requirements. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to interact with others of varying skill sets and competencies both virtually and face-to-face and meet or exceed project timelines and expectations in a complex, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
Partner with stakeholders across various functional teams to develop, deploy, maintain, measure, and optimize personalized omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
Work with data scientists, audience sizing practitioners, sales/marketing operations, ad tech, analytics, and others to develop, activate, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing experiences.
Create, integrate, or incorporate landing pages, forms, emails, SMS, advertising media, in-app push notifications, chat, and other digital properties (static assets, images, videos, dynamic content, web) into campaigns.
Proactively shape and improve best practices, methods, techniques, tactics, and strategies that help optimize audience experience, visitor engagement, and conversion outcomes.
3-5 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise (Interaction Studio Personalization, Journey Builder, Account Engagement, Automation Studio, Email/Ad/Mobile Studio, Content/Contact/Analytics Builder).
Exposure or direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Direct experience creating scoring thresholds in Interaction Studio.
Experience developing journeys dependent on Interaction Studio scoring.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and omnichannel audience targeting and personalization.
Creating and maintaining Data Extensions and using Automation Studio and API triggers.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and its interrelationship with Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of contact entry/exit criteria.
Solid experience developing and leveraging AMPScript.
Exposure to or working familiarity with AWS, Tableau, Google Analytics, Demandbase, and Bombora.
Other Preferred/Desirable Skills and Experience:
Technical working familiarity or direct experience with Oracle/Eloqua campaign and program development.

Comfortable with ambiguity – a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
A high degree of personal initiative, results-oriented, strong sense of integrity and self-accountability.
Proactively reaches across internal functional groups (product, sales, sales operations, etc.) to maintain and strengthen partnerships and improve processes.
Strong project management skills and e xperience or exposure to agile marketing concepts and principles.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
