Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Program Coordinator/Junior Scheduler joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA, St. Louis, MO, or Arnold, MO.

HOW A PROGRAM COORDINATOR/JUNIOR SCHEDULR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Assist in scheduling appointments and maintain program and program executives calendars, including prioritizing, scheduling, and rescheduling.

Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

Prepare communications, such as, emails, reports and other correspondence

Maintain electronic filing systems

Capture and distribute meeting notes and action items

Update status reports

Assist senior personnel in establishing, defining, and monitoring program requirements.

Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program with high attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking.

Assist in developing plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitoring tasks, to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

Work within the Program Assurance Team to help define and implement tools and process automation to support program operations and strategic initiatives.

Participate in special projects as assigned.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education

BA/BS

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications

Requires 2 or more years current experience in the role of program coordinator.

Experience with scheduling meetings and managing a calendar

Experience with taking meeting notes

Experience creating documentations

Requires 2 or more years current experience with hands-on experience creating and updating IT documentation including but not limited to: standard operating procedures, checklists, policies, and procedures etc.

Familiarity with MS Teams or other virtual meeting platforms

Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)

Proven experience collecting and summarizing data from multiple sources

Strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills

Strong competency in problem-solving and program support

Self-starter, with a desire to learn and grow continuously Requirements

Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise.

Outstanding time management – ability to manage deadlines and quickly adapt to changes.

Demonstrated decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
