
Plant Maintenance Mechanic

Description:
This position is for someone who will do preventative maintenance on machines, help with production as needed, assemble fixtures/work station tables, and enage in facility maintenance.
Perform PMs on machines – changing air filters, troubleshooting motors, etc.
Build fixtures/work table stations – using blueprint type diagram (Flexpipe)
Utilize hand and power tools
Fabricate/machine parts with drill saws and other manual equipment (not a must have)
Perform facilities maintenance when needed (lightbulbs – low voltage, cleaning shop, other PMs that are scheduled)
Complete assigned open projects on time
Purchase parts – document on computer
Preparation of SOW/tender documents for all maintenance jobs
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of industrial equipment
High School GED
Good Mechanical Amplitude
Ability to service/troubleshoot equipment
Knowledge of OSHA guidelines
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Hand and Power Tools
1st shift – 7-3:30pm
