
Business Analysis Associate I – Controls Support

As a Business Analysis Associate I, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and communicating with multiple levels of leadership to address a variety of risks and control gaps. You will work with Claims, Disputes, and Recovery on control related initiatives such as Controls Testing, Controls Monitoring, Controls Evaluation, and Issue Management to ensure outcomes meet Control and Regulatory requirements. You will also work in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and results.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide controls support (Controls Testing, Controls Monitoring, Controls Evaluation, and Issue Management) and create/analyze reports relevant to Business Control Support responsibilities
Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
Lead groups and process improvement initiative
Propose process reengineering solutions to resolve current process breaks and identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Elicit project or initiative requirements using document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
3 years of managed account experience with strong leadership experience; focus on project management or controls
Strong analytical and time management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
High level of professionalism in leading groups and process improvement initiatives
Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Experience in Controls Support (Controls Testing, Controls Monitoring, Controls Evaluation, and Issue Management)
Accelerated skills in MS Office, including Excel, Power Point, Share Point and Visio
