Compensation:  $38.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance.  Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $87,632.00

Endpoint Security Engineer Job Description:

We are looking for an Endpoint Security Engineer to work as a member of the Endpoint Threat Management Administration team.  The ideal candidate will provide technical implementation and life cycle support of various solutions in endpoint security. This engineer will apply IT knowledge, specialized technical experience, research, and analysis that meets requirements. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in common tools that support the area of expertise in Security.

The Endpoint Security Engineer will drive implementation and provide technical support for escalated operational incidents and problems. It will be the engineer’s job to monitor and report task assignment progress and status as required as well as prioritizing and escalating risks and issues to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work proactively to identify opportunities for continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies, tools and engineering methods that are applicable within area of responsibility and expertise. 3-5 years of experience as an Engineer, ideally most recent experience in Security is required.

Endpoint Security Engineer Top Skills Required:

Intune Endpoint Security Administration.

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Management. Microsoft Defender Antivirus / Firewall & Disk Encryption (BitLocker) Management

Experience and knowledge of Windows 7 / 10 / 11.

 Troubleshooting skills

Endpoint Security Engineer Additional Skills Required:

Experience and knowledge of conducting Security vulnerability evaluations and reviews

Support and troubleshooting of Windows OS and client-side security software

Experience and knowledge of troubleshooting complex hardware and software related issue

Additional experience with troubleshooting and supporting other malware prevention and firewall products a plus.
