Mechanical Machine Builder

Description:

Assembly of industrial automated packaging machines and sub-assemblies utilizing drawings, blueprints, process documentation, work instructions and/or verbal instructions
Perform skilled fitting, aligning, adjusting and secondary machining
Use a wide variety of precision measuring instruments and gauging devices
Build complex automated standalone machines as well as large automations with multiple station systems including feeders, conveyors, robotics, etc.
Completion of assembly tasks in timely manner and with acceptable quality
Filling out and maintaining documentation related to machine assembly (electronic and/or hard copies)
Discuss errors in blueprints with supervisor/engineer to clarify assembly problems
Receiving, unloading and unpacking material needed for the assembly

3 years of Blueprints
