PC and keyboarding experience required including intermediate Excel use and other Microsoft programs

Experience with inventory management and retail preferred

Experience with programs Eagle, Epicor, and Acumatica a plus

Data Entry experience 

The ability to enter, update, compile, and sort information

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take direction in the manner directed

A commitment to maintain strict privacy and discretion regarding employee and company information/data or sharing information only with the individuals, team, or specified function or contact including refraining from gossip and or perpetuating information that could be construed as such

Knowledge of how to use time, resources, energy, etc. in an effective way to achieve successful outcomes

A dedication to ensuring that all work tasks are completed in entirety from start to finish no matter the time requirements (i.e. coming in early and staying late) and sharing that information with team members

Ability to conduct vendor and item maintenance including, but not limited to: Product Information Management, Item attribute accuracy, daily reviews of product replenishment needs, analysis of inventory problems or opportunities leading to recommendations of actions, and supplier contact information management

Ability to conduct replenishment of product and management of product flow through the supply chain

Ability to compile and run analytics as it relates to the replenishment of products

Abiity to review and implement price changes with the Buyer with an understanding of different pricing structures and guidelines

Any other duties as assigned

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE AN REPLENISHMENT ANALYST AT NORTH 40?

Our replenishment analysts are integral to our commitment to providing our customers with high-quality products, selected for value and usability. As our Replenishment Analyst, you will have a background in farm & ranch, a passion for retail, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize and execute within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will also need to be a strong multitasker and be able to address daily questions while still planning out strategies. 

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A REPLENISHMENT ANALYST

This full-time position requires the ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional events and travel outside of these hours. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
