Must be able to provide phenomenal customer service for our North 40 guests 

Good communication; easily able to engage with other people on a regular basis, being approachable and patient with even beginner outdoor enthusiasts

Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently, spend up to 100% of work time, other than breaks, standing and moving, climbing and kneeling on concrete or hard surfaces; use of ladders and rolling staircases. Consistent adherence to safety standards

Understanding of correct lifting techniques

As a Sporting Goods Associate at North 40, your main priority is to connect with our customers and be a genuine resource on all products relating to Sporting Goods. You play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, accurate product information, and solution recommendations for our customer’s needs. You enjoy interacting with people and sharing your knowledge about working and playing in the outdoors. To support maintaining an impressive environment for our customers, you will help with stocking and merchandising product, and safeguarding company assets.. You are committed to doing a job well – and you demonstrate that by your willingness to learn, your reliability, and your genuine interest in and support of your teammates.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SPORTING GOODS ASSOCIATE

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
