Machinist

All positions are indoors, under AC, full-time – Monday through Friday.

The Conventional Machinist / Manual Machinist will set up and operate conventional mills and lathes, drill presses, band saws, and punch presses. He/she will load and unload parts and monitor machine during machining process. The Conventional Machinist will perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner and any other duties as assigned by Supervisor. In addition, he/she follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

Qualifications include:

Minimum 2 years experience with Conventional machines with the ability to set – up conventional mills and lathes.

Ability to visualize part processing

Ability to cross-train and work in other areas

High School Diploma/GED

Trade School preferred

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
