The Business Analysis Manager role is to bring performance management capabilities and consistency across the 38K employees. By delivering on objectives which create operational efficiency, improved productivity, and reduced performance variability.
Job Summary: As a Business Analysis Manager, you will lead a team of 5-7 Relationship Managers who are focused on providing scorecard management and oversight to Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Operations. The Scorecard Center of Excellence (COE) team will achieve savings through a developed support structure and by empowering a high-performing organization with our customers at the center of everything we do.
Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of Relationship Managers who are focused on providing scorecard management and oversight to Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Operations
Facilitate an end-to-end scorecard change management process which includes scorecard design, change communication, scorecard platform builds and post implementation validation
Establish appropriate scorecard goals to drive consistent performance improvement and alignment with financial and business targets
Lead a consistent scorecard treatment within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Operations by ensuring scorecard alignment with the Performance Excellence Standards and Best Practices
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Bachelors degree in a strategic or financial discipline, and/or 5 plus years of relevant experience
Advanced analytical skillset
Ability to interact independently and present to various levels of senior management
Proficient in creating executive level recommendations that include well developed strategic direction
Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment with tight timelines
Possess superior strategic, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively demonstrate the firmwide Manager Capabilities
