Hiring for Maintenance Technicians
Pay: $28-$35/hr with an additional shift differential
Shift: 6pm-6am, 223 schedule, 12-hour shifts

Retention – $1500 (paid out at $500 at 90 days, 180 days, and 270 days.)

Tool Bonus ($500 per quarter) – Tool truck pulls up and they can choose that day, on the company
Performing daily preventative equipment maintenance
Knowledge of pneumatic and Hydraulics
Basic Electrical a bonus
Performing troubleshooting on mechanical issues
Initiating equipment repairs
Performing detailed machine maintenance.
Day to day coverage of production equipment – respond to breakdowns, and production requests, quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
Experience and knowledge of plumbing and welding are a plus
Ensures work is performed safely and efficiently
Maintains accurate and timely records of maintenance performed
Complies with all Federal, State and local laws
Proficient in the use of power and hand tools
Complete work orders and record material utilized on job
Assist with preventative maintenance as assigned
Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Repair, Preventative maintenance
Electrical troubleshooting with 3 phase motors up to 480V
Ability to work off of electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic blueprints
5 years of experience in industrial maintenance is preferred
