Certified in Icertis CLM solution (ICI Practitioner, ICI Administrator, ICI Technical Professional, ICI AIML Technical Professional)

Certified in Cloud based technologies such as; Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft .NET, DocuSign, SirionLabs etc.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in delivering and leading efforts in the following areas:

Implementing Contract Lifecycle Management systems including integration with upstream/downstream related enterprise systems (e.g. Ariba, Salesforce, SAP etc.);

Supporting the development of solution architecture for integrations between CLM and related systems such as CRM (Salesforce, etc.), ERP (SAP, etc.), and other integration needs (e.g. SSO, e-signature, etc.);

Working in a team to build customizations on top of SaaS platforms, specifically CLM solutions such as Icertis and Agiloft, leveraging hooks, APIs, or other integration patterns;

Supporting full implementation projects dealing with technical solution design and development with one or more CLM Platforms, such as: Icertis, Agiloft, Coupa, Conga/Apttus, Agiloft, Docusign, Ariba etc.;

Building stable and efficient designs around the integration of CLM solutions with other related systems utilizing REST APIs, Azure Service Bus or SFTP;

Working to build AIML technical mappings to train AI systems for legacy data extraction or semantic data extract from contracts;

Designing solutions by leveraging technologies including; Azure Blob storage, Azure Service Bus and Azure Key Vault cryptography;

Designing and implementing solutions based on working knowledge of fundamental machine learning and artificial intelligence workloads based on the Azure platform;

Working to build and train AI machine learning models with annotated training sets in tuning accuracy of the AI models for CLM use cases;

Working with custom applications using the Microsoft .NET framework on SaaS based CLM solutions (ideally Icertis);

Supporting Icertis technical activities including: ElasticSearch, Redis Cache, Kibana Logs, Azure AppInsights etc.;

Assessing requirements, providing recommendations on alternate solutions and building prototypes for client demonstrations;

Working with the team in the integration of SaaS solutions (ideally Icertis) with other systems such as Salesforce, SAP, etc.;

Understanding CLM solution features, functionality and benefits to assist clients with vendor selection and implementation of CLM solutions;

Supporting development effort using technologies such as Version Control Systems (e.g. Github), Issue Management Systems (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.);

Working in an onshore-offshore environment and in coordinating activities across time zones;

Supporting CLM integration delivery using Agile methods including: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support;

Supporting the leading and development of proposal content and technical solution questions in response to RFPs; and,

Working with the leadership teams and peers across pursuits, pre-sales activities, and delivery of engagements.
