Senior Project Manager

  (This is a remote position open to candidates residing near Austin, TX, Raleigh, NC, and Nashville, TN. We have an office location in Austin, TX for use at our employees convenience. We have no plans to return to the office on a mandatory basis.)

If so, were looking for a motivated and driven person like you who can:

Take ownership of the execution of complex projects and relentlessly deliver for our clients (on time, on budget, happy clients!) no matter the obstacle

Identify risks and plan mitigations, unblocking work streams to execute in parallel

Work closely with your Client Manager on long-term vision for our clients

Bonus points if youre bringing knowledge of or really want to learn any of the following:

Technology consulting

SmartSheets

Agile software development

Cloud solutions

JIRA and Confluence

K-12 education, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations

We do not want you to make the leap without knowing what we need, so here is how we define success for this position:

Begin managing projects independently in your first 30 days

Knock your first project out of the park in your first 6 months

Identify 3 significant ways we can improve our project management approach in your first year
