Real Estate Strategy Manager
Work youll do
As a Strategy Manager, youll be part of a team responsible for the development of real estate strategies for existing offices within our real estate portfolio, as well as newly requested or acquired offices. The strategy team is also accountable for driving optimization of the portfolio through execution of established design strategies and metrics. You will be responsible for supporting the preparation of strategies and analyses to facilitate obtaining executive business decisions for our overall real estate approach and for office strategy decisions. You will also provide analysis and support for broader real estate strategic initiatives, aligning with business leadership direction around real estate, and driving integrated portfolio-wide strategic real estate solutions. The role also plays a part in managing the technology, reporting and process standardization needed to support and optimize the overall operation of our Real Estate team and performs special projects as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the real estate portfolio strategy, including rationalization and optimization activities, headcount and space planning (supply & demand management), and critical analysis of space usage
Provide analysis and support needed for the management of the real estate portfolio pipeline to ensure decisions are made well in advance of lease events
Facilitate the development of project level and consolidated analyses to monitor the achievement of our strategy compared to our targets & objectives
Support real estate reporting requirements as needed to keep stakeholders and consumers of portfolio and analytical information informed
Provide support across the lifecycle of real estate projects as needed
Support special projects, such as cost allocation-related initiatives, transformational cost reduction strategies, periodic real estate updates
Support administration and enhancement of our Real Estate systems and reporting
Drive innovation efforts with eye to process streamlining, technology and tools enhancement, risk and cost reduction
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned, including dashboards, analyses, development of new strategies, enhancement of standard processes and documentation procedures

The Deloitte Real Estate team serves in an internal capacity to deliver strategic real estate, facility management and workplace solutions with quality and value, which foster collaboration, and support innovation while delivering on well-being and sustainability goals. The Real Estate team supports a portfolio of more than 160 offices in five countries.

Minimal travel required
Education
Bachelors Degree in a business-related major, e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
Basic Qualifications
5 years of real estate experience interacting with leaders across an organization
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA
Experience working with CoStar
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $173,300
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
