Work youll do

A Workforce Strategies Specialist Master will be a key leader in the growth of our learning practice. In this role you will:

Deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects

Lead the development of business and vendor relationships

Lead pursuit teams focuses on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process

Develop financial plans for projects

Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team

Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships

Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues

Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for teams

Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with client

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

10 years in a technical or functional leadership role

Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Experience mentoring and coaching others, managing senior level client relationships, and presenting to client or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

Experience growing the business, inclusive of pre-sales, proposal and RFP experience

Prior instructional design or training development experience

Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

Ability to learn new technology and translate technical information into easy-to-understand communications and training

Understanding of training development and system design lifecycle and phases
