Work youll do

Our Client is requesting program management support as they establish a PMO for their Program to coordinate the design and initial implementation of significant changes to the program. This includes technical assistance across a number of areas including change management, project management; risk assessment; business process improvement support; facilitating, gathering, and processing stakeholder input; develop communications materials; analyzing and advising on current Clients regulations; and creating and providing training or briefings to client staff as needed.

Candidate will ideally be familiar with emergency management and stakeholder engagement. We are looking for a stakeholder engagement and policy and doctrine team lead to lead a team and support stakeholder engagement, policy, and doctrine including facilitating working groups, conducting research and analysis of issues identified, and developing materials necessary to inform changes, supporting policy and guidance development through language drafting, technical editing and 508 compliance.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

4 years of experience with Emergency Management

4 experience with Stakeholder engagement

4 experience with Policy and Doctrine management

Experience with Change management

Experience with building strategic communications in support of emergency management or disaster relief programs

Preferred:

Strong Communication skills

Previous Consulting experience
